  ROUND THE WORLD OBJECTIVE OF ROUND THE WORLD:  The objective of Round the World is to win the pot. NUMBER OF PLAYERS:  3 to 10 Players MATERIALS:  A standard 52-card deck, chips or money, and a flat surface. TYPE OF GAME :  Poker Card Game AUDIENCE:  Adult OVERVIEW OF ROUND THE WORLD Round the World is a poker card game for 3 to 10 players. The object of the game is to make and win bids. This is a poker game variation, so a general knowledge of how to play poker and poker hands is needed. SETUP There will be a dealer who may or may not play in the round. This is up to the table and the environment the game is being played in. The dealer will shuffle and deal each player a 4-card hand. Then 4 cards are dealt to the center of the table, face down. Card and Hand Rankings Cards are ranked traditionally. Ace (high), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 (low). The game also uses the traditional ranking of hands.   PARCELLUS OBJECTIVE OF PARCELLUS:  The first player to reach 30 points is the winner NUMBER OF PLAYERS:  3 players NUMBER OF CARDS:  24 cards RANK OF CARDS:  (low) 9 – Ace (high) TYPE OF GAME:  Trick Taking, Climbing AUDIENCE:  Adults INTRODUCTION OF PARCELLUS Parcellus is a three player card game created by Matthew Shields in 2008.  In this game, players are trying to win as many cards and tricks as possible.  To do this, players must carefully decide when to play to the growing trick and when to pass.  THE CARDS & THE DEAL Parcellus uses a 24 card Euchre deck which includes cards (low) 9 – Ace (high).  Shuffle and deal 6 cards to each player while also dealing 6 cards to a dummy hand.  Deal passes left each round. THE PLAY THE PASS Each player looks at their hand and chooses three cards to pass to the left face down.  Once they have completed the pass, they look at the cards that were handed to them. The more cards you have in your hand at the end of a round, the more negative boxes you must fill in on the score sheet, and the less points you receive throughout the game. Match the cards by number, or number and color, or number and color and suit to make varying levels of matches throughout the game.   COURT OBJECTIVE OF COURT: The player  with the highest score after three rounds wins NUMBER OF PLAYERS:  2 – 4 players NUMBER OF CARDS:  54 cards RANK OF CARDS:  (low) 2 – Ace (high) TYPE OF GAME:  Card Drafting, Set Collection AUDIENCE:  Adults INTRODUCTION OF COURT Court is a card drafting and set collection game created by Scott Huntington.  Inspired by Sushi Go and  7 Wonders , Court is played with a standard deck of cards and two Jokers.  In this game, players are dealt a hand of cards.  They must choose one card from the hand and pass the rest to the left.  Hands are passed until all of the cards are chosen, and players are trying to build the best combinations possible.  THE CARDS & THE DEAL  Court uses a standard 52 card deck as well as two Jokers.  The starting hand size depends on the number of players.  In a two player game, deal 9 cards to each player.  For a three player game, deal 8 cards.  A four player game consists of a seven card hand.  Place the rest of the car
